I spend most of my time listening to and engaging with senior leaders and their teams about the challenges and issues they face, and I work with them to develop strategies and solutions to address these issues. For over 20 years, I have designed, led, and managed consulting projects to support executive teams and to address the challenges they face:Mergers and integration - developing unitary councils – covering pre-merger reviews, organisational design, delayering and cost reduction, total reward strategy, pay and grading, and developing cabinet and leadership capability. Development of organisational capability – Board development, leadership, and team effectivenessCulture and behavioural change – designing and implementing programmes to change organisational customs, practices, and behaviour to become more customer-centric, collaborative, outcome and performance focused.Total reward – aligning reward strategy to corporate priorities, managing people costs, and maximising value through employee engagement and enablement.
