I’m Abdul Rafay Khan Bin Khalid (Rafay), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional with experience in process excellence, quality assurance, and operational transformation across the energy and manufacturing sectors.At K-Electric, I drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives, leading projects that have reduced turnaround times, boosted operational visibility, and delivered multi-million PKR cost savings. Previously at Thal Engineering (House of Habib), I led quality management and audits, achieving 81% reduction in market complaints and saving 670+ man-hours annually through vendor-end inspections.Beyond my corporate journey, I bring strong leadership and community-building skills.
