Self Service MLOps Framework :As the Project Manager, led the end-to-end execution of a strategic initiative to build a self-service MLOps framework aimed at scaling feature engineering and model deployment capabilities across the organization.Key Highlights: Owned delivery management responsibilities for a cross-functional team of 15+ members, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and alignment with business goals. Designed a reusable, process-friendly template using PySpark and SparkSQL to simplify and standardize the onboarding of new features. Established intelligent, optimized orchestration logic for both daily and monthly feature execution, improving efficiency and reliability. Implemented the deployment process leveraging DevOps principles using Jenkins pipelines for automated CI/CD of feature pipelines. Integrated framework metadata with Informatica EDC to enable comprehensive data lineage and enhance governance.
