Worked on a high profile programme, refreshing back-end Infrastructure that supports the Payment Systems in two data centres. Working with both the internal data centre team, the Infrastructure Architects and the Product Managers along with several 3rd parties to replace and upgrade the back-end infrastructure to ensure they remain in support. Managing several work streams to their successful conclusion including Compute, Storage, Database and Network. Working in a governance driven environment managing budgets over £4M+ for each financial year.In addition, I worked closely with a Commercial Manager on a data centre lease renewal saving several £M+.
