Execute the Team Leader responsibility by supervising the production and packaging line/team operation to ensure efficiencies, quality and safety- Ensure quality systems compliance as per SOPs, comply with the regulatory GMP & corporate policies and maintain production line in accordance with project specifications - Meet packaging standards of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products given from customers - Uphold safety policies including safe work practices, operates packaging equipment safely, maintaining zero injuries on floor and zero complaints from customers- Complete Pack Manager in-house software system in time and paper work records accurately- Multitasking, motivating, training and production run efficiently to meet customer satisfaction- Execute all equipment operation according to OSHA and Nova Pack policies
