When I began my academic journey in Computer Applications (BCA), I was drawn to the way technology simplifies complex business challenges. That curiosity inspired me to pursue a PGDM in Marketing and HR — where I could connect technical understanding with managerial insight to drive real-world impact.Over the past few years, I’ve explored this balance through hands-on experience across multiple roles:Intern – TiE Kerala, Kochi: Researched startup trends, coordinated entrepreneurship events, and engaged with founders, investors, and industry leaders to support ecosystem growth.Field Immersion Intern – INTERVAL Learning: Conducted regional research on one-to-one mentorship models for students, blending analytical data collection with field-based insights.Student Admissions Coordinator – PMA SAFI HR Institute: Managed documentation, data entry, and student records using Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets, while supporting HR operations and event planning.Through these roles, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both technical and strategic domains — including SQL, Excel, Power BI, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Business Communication.At the same time, I’ve built confidence in Marketing Strategy, HR Processes, and Leadership, which together help me approach challenges with clarity, structure, and creativity.I’m particularly interested in roles that bring together data, marketing, and people strategy — areas where insights can drive measurable outcomes.
