Work with several teams on the Wealth/Brokerage side of Scotiabank with assessing current maturity of the team and then working on key behavior tiers, iteration by iteration, to mature the team in the direction needed to go.Started a Two Day \"Agile 101\" course for staff to attend for an end to end understanding of an Agile Journey from an IDEA to Production Launch, incorporating Agile Basics, Opportunity canvasing, Story Mapping and decomposition, and proper User Stories. We do this course using both theory and practical hands on training/simulation for the person taking the course to get a feel and mindset of how Agile works when executed correctly.
