Assisting the project manager on existing plumbing and mechanical projects (mainly plumbing VRF systems) along with estimation to secure future work. Prepare shop drawings for; underground Mechanical and plumbing work, mechanical and plumbing process piping, mechanical duct work, etc. For various and multiple projects. Prepare submittals and achieve approvals for such submittals from the general contractor, Architects and Engineers for various and multiple projects. Keep Red-Line drawing updates on a weekly basis. Prepare all Close-Out documents and finalize all testing reports. Prepare material take-offs for all portion of mechanical and plumbing for both multiple existing projects as well as projects in the bidding stage. On project site as a QC Quality Control. Preparing and making daily QCR and JHA to the general contractor. Attending in all required test in project site. Conducting coordination meetings with all sub contractors for work quality. O&M, Operation and Maintenance trainer for the owner in project completion.
