Supported SMT and hand assembly operations by troubleshooting process defects and optimizing production workflows across high-mix manufacturing lines. Engineered an automated SMT component fallout tracking pipeline using Python (HTML parsing + scheduled execution), email automation, and Power Automate workflows to generate shift-level and weekly executive reports. Developed a production yield and revenue-impact reporting system integrating SMT, die-cutting, and functional test data; enabled data-driven performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Created cross-network data extraction workflows to bridge isolated SMT line servers with corporate analytics systems while maintaining IT compliance boundaries.
