About Abdullah Mohamed Kaizer

I\'ve finished my Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering at Crescent Institute of Science and Technology and my Master\'s in Engineering Management at Northumbria University. During my Bachelor\'s, I did my internship at a Paper plant. I have an insight of working as a trainee in crane technician and experience in the quicklime production process. My skills and interests include the following: • Experience using Siemens SCADA, MS Excel, and Office tools for Operation and Project Management. • Application of Process Optimization and Field inspection skills to ensure effective operation of the plant. • Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders in dealing with projects.I have finished Data Analysis; Technology Entrepreneurship; Project, Programme and Programme Management, and Sustainable Development as modules in my Master\'s course, adding more skills to my Project Management skillset. As my interest increased, I did my master\'s Research Project on Sustainable Energy Management.

   Operated and maintained various types of machinery and equipment involved in the production process, which includes Kilns, Crushers, and conveyors.• Hourly check on the operation parameters and carried out weekly & daily production analysis using Excel and SCADA.• Worked with cross-functional teams, including Production, Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical), and Quality Control teams to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and meets quality standards.• SCADA was used to maintain the Kiln\'s operations and guarantee its uptime and runtime. Also, helped to minimize the downtime and ensured efficient production of Quicklime. • Ensured the efficient working of the Kiln with 5S and meeting ISO standards. • Improved efficiency and reduced cost in the production of Quicklime by implementing Process optimization Techniques.
