Designed, coded, and built from scratch a proprietary business management system handling inventory tracking, automated invoice and contract generation, client management, installment monitoring, and low-stock alerts, saving thousands monthly and significantly increasing operational productivity.Directing a team of 5 across creative production and visual merchandising, maintaining brand standards that support client conversion, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals. Coordinating with European brand principals and managing international logistics from Italy. Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure delivery expectations are met, building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and strengthen the showroom\'s position as the region\'s destination for European luxury interiors.
