I recently completed an immersive program that gave me incredible hands-on experience across so many of a global organization\'s key business functions. I was able to jump right in and contribute to diverse projects, starting with researching industry trends and JLR\'s core values to align my skills with potential roles. I got to be really creative by designing a complete vehicle concept, focusing on everything from the interior and exterior aesthetics to the materials, and presented it as a final project. On the technical side, I played a key role in engineering by designing a tailored loadspace solution for a customer and led both virtual and physical testing to ensure it worked. I also dove into industrial operations, where I helped optimize manufacturing processes, managed stakeholders, and even drove decisions in a \"Be a Buyer\" supply chain simulation. Beyond that, I developed and executed a full social media campaign for JLR\'s House of Brands, mapping out an Instagram strategy, and I actively collaborated with professionals on important diversity and inclusion initiatives. The whole experience was fantastic for making meaningful contributions while seriously sharpening my skills in problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
