Two decades of progressive experience in the fields of educational research, assessment, and evaluation with expertise in psychometrics and statistical analysis. I have assisted and supported more than a dozen countries to design, develop, and implement standardized educational achievement surveys to track student learning progress over time and strengthen ministries\' ability to understand data and make evidence-based decisions. During the past few years, I have worked with global partners, including USAID, UNESCO, UNICEF, and the World Bank, on developing and implementing policy linking methods. Furthermore, I currently serve on the Global Reading Network (GRN) Steering Group and the Policy Linking Community of Practice (PLWG).
