A qualified, highly experienced and motivated Business & Operational Delivery professional with 15 years experience in roles such as Information Governance, Operational delivery & large scale change programmes. I have a successful and proved track record of delivering in uncertain and politically sensitive circumstances working to tight deadlines. I have successfully ensured that that key business functions continue to operate successfully and smoothly by ensuring adequate and robust processes are in place supported by timely and accurate data.I am extremely proficient using Microsoft Power Platform(Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric). I am very analytical and have successfully incorporated these tools in my roles removing duplication and manual effort automating manual business processes. I have built several engaging, powerful and user-focused Power BI reports enabling impactful data solutions for internal reporting but also for external teams. I have the ability to analyse complex datasets, produce KPI reports. I have built risk and issue dashboards, audit dashboards, service delivery dashboards and many more. I have also used my skills to build several Power Apps that allow teams to move away from excel and use the App to log, manage and update their requests. I have built several Apps such as:1.
