ABOUT ABDULLAH AL-RADY
Hello! I\'m a final-year Chemical Engineering student at McMaster University with experience in process engineering, instrumentation sales, automation, and technical team leadership. As part of my 16-month internship at Petro-Canada Lubricants (HF Sinclair), I supported the technical services team through environmental and energy reporting, process monitoring, engineering data requests, originating MOC documents, and supervising catalyst changeouts. During this time, I honed my programming, presentation, and process engineering skills. Prior to that, I completed a 12-month internship at Gerrie Electric, supporting instrumentation sales. I developed technical quotations for customers in the municipal water and wastewater sectors, which strengthened my instrumentation knowledge and customer service abilities. To complement my industry experience, I\'ve contributed to three extracurricular projects at McMaster University. I led McMaster’s ChemE Cube team, where we designed a lab-scale carbon capture device for an international AIChE competition. I also served as circuitry subteam lead for the ChemE Car team and completed a four-month co-op as a Research Assistant. I\'m currently seeking full-time employment starting May 2026 in process engineering or automation, where I can continue growing and applying my skills. Let\'s connect!
