   Cost/Commercial Lead for a nation-wide distribution center program valued at +$250M. The program includes the fit-out of 22 distribution centers, with building sizes ranging from 25k sf to +110k sf. • As the lead of a 4-member cost team on the PMO, I am responsible for all cost management services from the conceptual level through closeout. • Direct cost/commercial liaison with Client Senior Management. • Develop, present, and obtain approvals on cost plans, budgets, and value management. • Build and roll out program and project cost management procedures and standards. • Tender management including preparation and review of RFP / ITT documents, processing of tender queries and clarifications, tender opening, post-tender clarifications, meetings, etc. • Manage procurement of Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors and present recommendations for client approval. • Post contract administration including change management, pay application process, cost reporting, etc. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the commercial team, program/project management team, finance and accounting department, and other stakeholders to provide quality advice and reporting to the Client. • Develop client relationships based upon partnership and trust. • Mentor cost managers to ensure growth and development. • Support the leadership with business development and account management
