With a management background and interest in innovation in the digital space, I aim to address actual issues in society by applying technology-enabled solutions. My passion for customer-centric design propelled me into digital product management.In Shivalik SFB, I am handling end-to-end development of new projects - Connected Banking and Transaction Banking. I oversee product roadmaps, establish policy/process frameworks, and expedite cross-functional execution to provide frictionless digital experiences. My process is based on data-driven decisions, customer lifecycle, and market benchmarking to maximize adoption and engagement.In the future, I want to develop scalable, customer-centric digital products that reshape customer experiences. I\'m very interested in using APIs, embedded finance, and AI to develop value-led products that satisfy changing customer demands.
