Working on Critical Diagnostic products: Atellica SCI Analyzer and Atellica CI Analyzer- Taking ownership of critical components, including Test Definition (TDEF), Open Channel, and Quality Control (QC)- Performing requirement analysis and understanding by communicating with stakeholders, including the requirements team, architect, UI/UX team, and DevOps team- Analyzing impacts, creating tasks for affected features and teams, and following up to ensure closure. Verifying work processes in older setups- Conducting root cause analysis, proposing solutions, and finalizing solutions with the architect and stakeholders- Implementing approved solutions based on stakeholder feedback- Mentoring new joiners and providing training on system knowledge, architecture, and design- Leading and monitoring sprint tasks, ensuring follow-up and closure- Taking complete ownership of assigned features or tasks throughout all phases of the SDLC process, including requirement analysis, design, test scenario identification, implementation, and development integration testing- Adapting quickly to new challenges and areas of work- Supporting fast development and multitasking to address different features of the product- Implementing UI concepts proposed by the UX team, conducting requirement discussions, and performing demos after implementation- Supporting dry runs and verifying assigned features or tasks- Migrating old UI from WPF to UWP app- Analyzing customer tickets and proposing solutions for fixes- Splitting tasks based on features and following up with team members to ensure closure.
