Work with global clients to optimize and refresh enterprise IT environments, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst (9200/9300), Meraki switches, Meraki firewalls, Meraki APs, delivering secure and reliable enterprise networking solutions.• Manage and administer multiple client organizations through the Meraki Dashboard, including Meraki MV smart camera deployments, policy implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.• Lead and support client projects involving physical security systems network infrastructure, integrating CCTV, access control, and VMS into enterprise IT networks.• Take ownership of the network lab, performing network staging, configuration validation, and pre-cutover testing to ensure smooth production deployments.• Enhance network security through VPN (Palo Alto GlobalProtect, FortiGate, Meraki), segmentation, and access policy enforcement.• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects across multiple industries.• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and post-implementation reports for client handovers and audits.
