I am a senior product leader with 12+ years of experience in building and scaling digital platforms, marketplaces, and AI-powered products across the public, fintech, and SaaS sectors.I specialize in owning zero-to-one product development and large-scale product transformation initiatives. Across both single-product and platform initiatives, I have spearheaded product strategy, architecture, and execution from end-to-end to balance engineering excellence with user growth, adoption, and operating efficiency.I am passionate about building products that catalyze real-world user outcomes and impacts. In my current role at the ICTC, I built the Product function from ground-up and drove a multi-year transformation program to consolidate fragmented systems into a unified digital experience platform supporting nationally funded programs.
