As the Head of Engineering at Lifebell AI, it is my responsibility to envision, create and lead the charge in engineering. It is a matter of saving lives and helping provide critical insight into patients\' conditions and outcomes. And I take it seriously.Some days I\'m heads-down working on data cleansing and ETL, and others I\'m daydreaming and forecasting what the next few weeks/months/years look like. Trying to anticipate it all is impossible, and is like trying to shoot a moving target while riding a train and following along with a podcast. Other times I have to put my who-broke-this hat on (it\'s usually me) and question my assumptions, decisions and choices.Delightful days at work include predicting potential problems, coming up with a solution, rapid-prototyping to a minimal proof-of-concept and then debating pros and cons.My primary goal is learning more about application architecture and design first-hand, and from other folks\' wisdom and mistakes.
