In New Zealand, dairy farmers are shareholders of dairy Cooperatives.Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business requirements and KPIs.• Implement complex data models, DAX expressions, and Power Query transformations to optimize reporting accuracy and performance.• Administer Power BI Service, managing workspaces, security settings, dataset refresh schedules, and app distribution across multiple regions.• Oversee user access, ensuring proper implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive data.• Provide support to global users, addressing issues related to Power BI reports, data refresh, and access control, Data source connections, Gateway.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with data connections, report performance, and dashboard visualizations for users from different countries.• Configure and maintain Power BI On-Premises Data Gateways, ensuring reliable data connectivity between on-premises data sources and the Power BI Service.• Troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity or refresh issues related to the gateways.• Deliver training sessions for users across different regions, helping them maximize the potential of Power BI for their reporting needs.• Develop and maintain user manuals and troubleshooting guides to ensure smooth Power BI adoption and usage.• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and data stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BI solutions that align with organizational objectives.• Continuously monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
