ABOUT ABDUL WAHID
Abdul Wahid graduated from the Maharashtra University of Health Science in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. After graduation i did private practice and involved myself in different community health work for 7 months. I completed my Master of Sports Physiotherapy from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2014. I am a Sports Physiotherapist with a great passion for sports injuries rehabilitation and athletic performance. I have more than eight years of experience of working within a health wellness and sports fitness industry. I utilize an evidence-based and proactive approach to rehabilitation, not only to treat but also to prevent injuries and promote health & wellness. I had worked with the some of the best sports academy; it includes Prakash Padukone Badminton academy, Minerva football club, Harvest tennis academy, San holistic fitness solution and Hindustan FC. During my work period I came across a variety of injuries and treated them successfully.
