My career began as a Senior Process Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I ensured exceptional delivery in real estate taxes and insurance for US mortgage properties. My responsibilities included supervisory activities such as creating job aids, maintaining process flow charts, allocating workflows, and conducting quality audits.I hold a Master’s degree in Commerce, specializing in Advanced Accounting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, focusing on Accounting and Finance, both from the University of Mumbai.
