Power Electronics & Protection Modules:Developed DC-DC Power Converter modules with active inrush current limiting and soft-start circuitry to protect sensitive SoC logic from voltage transients.Technical Scope & Leadership-End-to-End PCB Development: component selection, schematic capture, multi-layer stack-up design (Flex-Rigid), and controlled impedance routing (differential pairs/single-ended)-Manufacturing & DFM: comprehensive fabrication/assembly files and coordinated directly with overseas manufacturers for PCB fabrication and PCBA-Validation & Stress Testing: Conducted rigorous functional testing, thermal analysis, and environmental stress testing to ensure reliability in industrial \"weatherproofed\" applications-Strategic Sourcing: Successfully established direct sales channels and technical partnerships with global vendors for Video Processors, CMOS Sensors, and PoE Magnetics, reducing BOM costs and securing long-term supply chains.
