My journey began as an Advertiser Support Associate, where I honed my skills in providing first-level support to advertisers. My role involved resolving a wide range of ad-related queries and offering campaign optimization support, ensuring that our clients achieve their advertising goals effectively.As I progressed in my career, I was honored to be promoted to a mentor position, where I had the opportunity to guide and support two batches of new associates. In this capacity, I facilitated training sessions, conducted refresher courses, and addressed any doubts or challenges faced by my team and others. In addition to my mentoring responsibilities, I got further opportunity to get cross-trained in the ad rejection workflow process. This critical function ensures that all ad content within the Sponsored Products (SP) and Sponsored Brands (SB) ad programs complies with Amazon’s stringent advertising guidelines. Currently, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the ad rejection workflow process, where I leverage my knowledge and experience to drive improvements and streamline operations.
