Carried out basic engineering & control for project (preparation of PFD, Equipment list, Material and energy balance.) • Preparation of process equipment specification datasheet. • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, instrumentation, and piping engineer to ensure seamless integration of process design into overall project execution. • Evaluate vendor quotations and support procurement in selecting appropriate equipment. • PFD – P & ID interpretation. • Design and implement instrumentation interlocks to ensure the safety and automatic shutdown of equipment under critical conditions with defining the necessary control logic and safety system in collaboration with instrumentation and control engineering. • Conducting process simulation and calculation using software such as Unisim, aspen plus too optimize plant performance and ensure operational efficiency • Led and participating in factory acceptance test (FAT) for critical process equipment to ensure proper functionality, design adherence, and quality before installation with multidisciplinary teams, • Assist in cost estimation for new projects, including capital operational expenses • Participation in troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking studies to enhance the performance and reliability. • Conducting & assessing HAZOP study, outcomes and implementing corrective actions to minimize process risk. • Performing Scale Up calculation. • Design and optimize crystallization process based on solubility studies, determine super saturation level, and apply thermodynamic principle to crystal growth product purity. • Evaluate energy efficiency and suggest improvements for Energy conservation within the design. • Equipment detailing and reviewing URS. • Material and Energy Balance. • Estimate and calculate raw material requirements utilities and consumable for various process unit.
