Bridging hands-on engineering with architectural design — enabling secure, modern, and cloud-connected endpoint environments I am an Endpoint Management and Modern Workplace Engineer with over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale device management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), Autopilot, and Co-Management. My current focus is on modernizing enterprise device management — integrating on-premise and cloud technologies to enhance security, compliance, and user experience. Over the years, I’ve taken on increasingly strategic responsibilities, building the foundation for my progression into a Solution Architect role in Modern Device Management. At HCLTech, I’ve successfully led and delivered projects involving: SCCM / MECM: OS deployment, CMG setup, patch management, and application packaging. Intune & Modern Management: Device provisioning via Autopilot, policy management, compliance configuration, and reporting. Endpoint Security: BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access, and integration with security tools like CrowdStrike and McAfee. Automation & Optimization: PowerShell scripting, proactive remediations, and workflow automation for endpoint efficiency. Cloud Integration: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate & Professional) with practical experience in hybrid infrastructure design. I’m passionate about Modern Device Management and Zero Trust adoption, and my goal is to continue evolving toward a Solution Architect role, contributing to enterprise-scale modernization and secure digital workplace initiatives.
