ABOUT ABDUL QADIR

I am a Geospatial Data Scientist and Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Space Science and Technology (FINESST) fellow currently working for NASA HARVEST for global crop monitoring. I completed my Phd and MS in Geospatial Science. I develop statistical and machine learning (ML)-based models to extract insights from remote sensing (especially SAR) data. Additionally, I utilize causal inference to assess the impact of climate and human-induced changes on agriculture and natural resources. I aim to support policymakers in addressing issues related to agriculture and food security.
