About Abdul Khadar Jilani
I am an Electronics & Communication Engineering graduate (2025) who joined Zero Kelvin in January 2025 as a Techno-Functional Intern, currently deployed at UKG (Kronos Workforce Management) in Pune. I am gaining hands-on exposure to HCM and workforce management implementations, working closely with functional and technical teams to understand real-world enterprise HR solutions.As part of my internship, I am learning the end-to-end UKG WFM implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system configuration support, data validation, and client-side workflows. My engineering background helps me approach problems analytically while adapting quickly to functional business processes within the HCM domain.Prior to this role, I completed a 5-month internship at Deshila Technology and Research Institute (DTRI), Mysuru, where I worked on communication systems and real-time engineering concepts. This experience strengthened my technical foundation, structured thinking, and ability to learn complex systems—skills I now apply in enterprise consulting environments.I am highly motivated to build a strong career in HCM / ERP consulting, with a focus on UKG Workforce Management, and I am actively upskilling to grow into a full-time consultant role. I am eager to contribute, learn from experienced professionals, and work on impactful global implementations.
