I am a young research scientist with hands-on experience in developing and optimizing ex-vivo culture platforms for various cancer indications, including HNSCC, CRC, CaBr, Prostate, and Ovary which involves tissue processing and PBMC isolation to co-culture methods.My work focuses on exploring the tumour microenvironment (TME) through multi parameter flow cytometry which includes tissue dissociation, L/D, surface staining, intracellular staining, and acquisition with FACSDiva software. I have experience in multicolor immunophenotyping using BD LSR-Fortessa. My role also involves data analysis with FlowJo, applying diverse gating strategies to study immune interactions in the TME.In collaboration with senior scientists contributed in designing flow panels, performing compensation and FMO to ensure robust experimental results flow cytometry panels. Additionally, I have worked with cryo-preserved samples, assessing their viability and preservation efficiency using flow-based assays.Passionate about advancing cancer research, I specialize in translating complex laboratory workflows into meaningful insights that contribute to understanding cancer biology and therapeutic responses.
