With over two decades of experience in transport management, I oversee the transport operations and solutions for CBRE, one of the world\'s leading commercial real estate and investment firms. My core competencies include negotiation, operations management, office administration, Power Bi Presentation and management information systems. I am driven by the mission of providing efficient, reliable, and safe transport services to the employees and clients of CBRE.In my previous roles, I have worked with prestigious clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, JLL, and Scope International, handling the employee transport for Chennai and Coimbatore clusters, with a team of 20 members and multiple vendors. I have successfully managed the escalations, investigations, and resolutions of transport issues, as well as the regular committee meetings with the business management team and the head of business management. I have also prepared a 16-page transport policy for Standard Chartered Bank, which was my biggest achievement. I have received multiple awards and recognitions for my exceptional support and contribution to the business team, especially during the flood crisis in 2015. I am passionate about enhancing the transport experience and satisfaction for the CBRE community.
