ABOUT ABDUL FATHAH

I am a law student pursuing a 3-year unitary L.L.B from Government Law College, Ernakulam. Additionally, I am currently undertaking a Diploma in \'Advanced Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution\' from LawSikho. My goal is to enter the corporate sector upon graduation. Prior to attending law school, I obtained a bachelor\'s degree in Islamic Studies from the University of Calicut. Furthermore, I completed my graduation in Islamic Law (Shariah) from Al Jamia Al Islamia, Shantapuram. As part of my academic journey, I wrote a thesis paper titled \'Crimes Related to Property in the Shariah and Indian Criminal Law: A Comparative Study.\' This comprehensive research delves into the comparative analysis of property crimes in the Indian penal code and Islamic law, exploring the respective punishments and their efficacy in preventing such crimes. I have also conducted several studies on various topics. Throughout my educational journey, I have actively pursued internships with distinguished legal organizations such as the Kerala State Legal Services Authority, the Sessions Court, and the Centre for Constitutional Research and Advocacy (CCRRA). These internships provided me with valuable experiences in engaging with clients, addressing their concerns, and supporting the work of lawyers in multifaceted roles.
