Role Overview: I function as a Client Technical Quality & documentation specialist for fabrication of world largest offshore XXL wind turbine monopiles for Hornsea 03 Project at SeAH wind Factory UK. My responsibilities include of monitoring and implementing client quality requirements at all stages of fabrications. Key Responsibilities:• Implement, monitor, and document QA/QC activities in accordance with established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs).• Configure digital inspection tools with critical-to-quality checklists for QC inspectors.• Prepare and deliver daily and monthly quality reports to fabrication and technical managers.• Oversee the implementation of the quality management system throughout project execution.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine and verify required documentation levels.• Consolidate all quality-related documentation within the Aconex system.• Review and approve contractors\' quality processes and procedures.• Verify the closure of audit actions and ensure compliance.• Review and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance reports (NCRs).• Examine and validate as-built documentation for project completion.
