I am an experienced BIM modeler currently working at Alders BIM Tech. My primary responsibilities include creating accurate and efficient 3D models and drawings for various building projects using my expertise in MEP design, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients is a crucial part of my job to ensure the quality and coordination of designs and to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Additionally, I support the implementation and integration of BIM standards and workflows across the organization and provide training and guidance to junior staff. Prior to my current role, I worked as an MEP engineer at the same company for over two years, gaining experience in designing, installing, testing, and commissioning MEP systems for residential and commercial buildings. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College Wayanad, where I acquired a solid foundation in the principles and applications of electrical and electronic engineering. I am passionate about using technology and innovation to improve the performance and sustainability of the built environment, delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders.
