As the lead Business Analyst within Rabobank’s eCommodities Squad, I support the design, development, and enhancement of a strategic cloud-based application that enables internal users to request commodity swap pricing on behalf of clients. My role bridges business needs with technical execution, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions in a highly regulated financial environment.Key responsibilities and highlights include:• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise business requirements.• Writing and managing detailed user stories and epics using Azure DevOps to drive sprint planning and delivery.• Acting as de facto Product Owner when required, leading backlog grooming and roadmap alignment sessions.• Leveraging Azure Portal and Application Insights to proactively monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and conduct root cause analysis.• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews within a two-week sprint cadence.• Coordinating closely with developers and QA for testing, release planning, and production readiness.• Producing monthly in-control reports and delivering feature update presentations to senior stakeholders.This role has allowed me to deepen my expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, cloud-based platforms, and data-driven decision-making within a critical business domain.
