Being part of a Business Area with a turnover of over €1.2 billion per annum, my responsibilities include:• Preparation and uploading of monthly sales reports in Qlikview from multiple entities into RAC Business Area. Tasks include the processing and extraction of data from various ERPs, loading and reconciliation of results to Financial Reports, Providing explanation of variances etc.• Administrator of BI Application with responsibilities for managing user access rights and granting of new licenses.• Serving as a link between BI System Developers, Finance, Commercial and other stakeholders.• Overseeing Sales budget and forecast processes in Quintiq in collaboration with S & OP and Demand Planning Managers, Business Analysts, Commercial, Financial and other senior stakeholders.• Business Area representative on various BI Improvement Projects within Imerys.
