   As Head of Brand at the ACLU, I lead a multidisciplinary in-house creative team, overseeing the Design, Multimedia, Storytelling, and Artist & Influencer Engagement departments. I serve as a senior leader within the Communications and Marketing Department, shaping the ACLU’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all creative expressions. I drive the vision for the organization\'s content, campaigns, and strategic engagements, inspiring innovation and collaboration across departments. I lead all major 360 campaigns, develop integrated storytelling strategies, and steward the ACLU’s visual brand to enhance its impact. With a deep understanding of brand strategy, design systems, and narrative-driven content, I cultivate a creative culture that advances the ACLU’s mission and expands its reach to diverse audiences.As a brand expert and cultural leader, I’ve transformed the ACLU’s creative approach, unifying design, multimedia, storytelling, artists and influencer engagement into a powerful in-house agency. I’ve led some of our most impactful campaigns—Freedom to Be, Border Humanity’s \"Letters to America\", the Know Your Rights bus tour, and Trump/Biden memos. Now, I’m spearheading the ACLU’s first brand refresh in a decade to modernize our identity.
