I’m Abdihakim Farah, a former TV-production coordinator who transitioned into project management. Trading scripts and shooting schedules for site plans and stakeholder meetings.After several years working across high-pressure broadcast environments, I now lead the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects for special-needs schools across the UK. Oversee end-to-end project planning, procurement, and execution.Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and educators to ensure every project meets safety, quality, and accessibility standards.Drive clear communication, cost awareness, and timely delivery through risk-aware planning and adaptable workflows. My media background shaped my ability to manage multiple moving parts, keep teams aligned, and stay calm under pressure.Whether coordinating a cross-country production or delivering a new learning space, I bring a practical mindset, strong logistical instincts, and a focus on purpose-driven outcomes.’ I care about delivering projects that create real value across sectors, industries and communities.
