Since April 2019 I began my experience with NittyGritty Srl. A truly amazing work environment, with fantastic colleagues and a real leadership. I am responsible for managing the sales network in Italy for our brand with products intended for the entire stainless steel sector, such as welding cleaning machines, electrochemical marking machines, and many other solutions for pickling, passivation, deoxidation and quality control of stainless steel. An important part of my job is technical support during demos and also after-sales if necessary. So many challenges, but with so much passion.

I deal with sales; therefore the management of the sales network, the commercial strategy, technical training and the organization of sector exhibitions held in Italy. At the Spilamberto site in Modena we develop and produce innovative machines for cleaning and passivating stainless steel welds, for electrochemical marking and many other solutions aimed at those who work with stainless steel, such as recognition and passivation testers, tools for maintenance of stainless steel surfaces. The path up to this point has been very challenging, I have worked in various roles, in production, in technical assistance and subsequently I ended up covering commercial roles. My path has refined my sensitivity towards the practical problems of the customer. My experience has allowed me to combine commercial skills with my technical vocation focused on problem solving, in short, my client\'s problem is my problem.
