I lead investigations, support crisis response efforts, and collaborate with law enforcement and internal teams to resolve incidents effectively. I also coach and develop store leaders on AP best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, safety awareness, and operational excellence.Through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, I help stores improve performance, reduce operational risk, and enhance the overall guest experience. My role is critical in bridging corporate strategy with field execution, ensuring that each location is equipped to meet safety and shortage goals while supporting Target’s brand promise.
