As an Internal Audit Trainee at the National Capital Commission, I support the delivery of internal audit projects that promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. My responsibilities include assisting with risk assessments, internal control evaluations, and data analysis to inform audit planning and execution. I also contribute to the drafting of audit findings and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.In addition to my work with the Internal Audit team, I collaborate with the Research and Evaluation team on cross-functional projects that involve data collection, performance measurement, and evidence-based decision-making to support strategic initiatives at the NCC.
