Empowered the nursing team to assume a greater role in patient care, thereby optimising clinical efficiency and enhancing overall patient outcomes-Designed and published various patient friendly material to support patient education and compliance-Specially selected to be featured in the Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis publication, providing patients with an insight on anti-fibrotic medicines.In the future, I intend to utilise my skill set and experiences to continue to add value to organisations.
