Audited company-wide reporting, discovering significant redundancy across hundreds of Metabase dashboards while complexity led to poor user experience. Partnered with product and customer success to design a simplified, persona-based reporting model for billing, ownership, clinical, and front-desk users. Resulted in a decrease in custom report requests and increased product adoption.Built new ETL pipelines using PySpark, Pandas, and dbt to extract data from MySQL, transform, and publish to S3 for Athena and Metabase consumption. Led analytics design for the Summary Health Score initiative post-merger, collaborating directly with the acquired CEO. Modeled data in dbt and built exploratory dashboards in Metabase to identify and weight KPIs—creating a single guiding light for clinics to evaluate their business against best practices. Utilized AWS (S3, Athena, Glue), GitHub, and Asana across all projects to align engineering, analytics, and business teams in sprint cycles.
