My background in chemical engineering trained me to find where complex systems fail, not just optimize what\'s already there. That instinct is what I\'ve been applying to AI for the past 7 years at JPMorgan, where I own a portfolio of 13 AI and ML products used by people across compliance and operational risk.What I do differently: I set portfolio-level investment strategy, make the governance calls, and still code the models I ship.
