Ridwell is a sustainability start-up that combines technology and logistics to provide subscription-based recycling for hard-to-dispose-of household items- Led full-cycle recruiting across 8 locations, including 3 site launches, spanning frontline, management, HQ, and technical roles- Recruited 50+ roles across functions and levels, including 10+ operations leaders, key HQ hires in Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, and Engineering, and 25+ Sales ICs to support business growth- Built Ridwell’s outside sales team from the ground up, including recruiting the founding Sales Lead, designing the compensation structures for Area Managers and ICs, implementing a scalable bulk hiring model, and optimizing spend for a high-touch, high-turnover function- Developed junior recruiter into high-volume hiring expert placing 200+ frontline operations and support people in two years- Implemented a high-touch recruiting program that improved hiring team satisfaction, candidate experience, and speed to hire through manager training, customized intakes, streamlined interview plans, and structured debriefs- Reported on funnel analytics, providing insights to improve time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate experience- Served as HRBP to the Sales organization, advising on staffing, performance management, and strategies to improve retention- Supported our HR Manager with employee relations and workplace investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices- Executed company-wide communications, including planning and facilitating quarterly All Hands meetings and producing a quarterly company-wide newsletter- Program-managed safety initiatives across warehouse and driver teams, partnering with operations leaders to roll out trainings, accountability systems, and continuous improvement processes.
