About Abby Rivard
I\'m an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with a passion for solving the next big puzzle to create outstanding user experiences through research efforts. I am continuously trying to grow and learn so I can bring new skills into research efforts that will ultimately help both users and stakeholders. I\'ve been utilizing Design Thinking methods since 2014 to help create the best user experience for customers. Creating solutions is my passion, so much so that at a previous job, I created my dual role as a UX consultant when I started hearing consistent feedback and pain points from customers. I conducted internal/external surveys and interviews (with the approval of management) and brought the data to the appropriate teams which informed and effected website and internal system design. My creative design and communication background paired with my analytical skills and knowledge of research methods brings value to any team.
