Tailors the content of each resume to highlight the client’s skills and achievements, while ensuring keywords are adding to help the resume get past Applicant Tracking Systems. • Effectively listens to client career goals and professional situations to write professional resumes, cover letters, and/or update LinkedIn profiles. • Facilitates mock interviews via phone, video conferencing, or in-person, critique clients’ answer to common interview questions, and provide advice in a positive constructive format. • Reputation for building long-lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and organization career services projects. • Consults clients on job seeking best practices and guide them towards improving their performance with ongoing training and development opportunities. • Successfully increases the client’s chances of landing a job faster and at a higher rate of pay by having an in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices. • Crafts quality resumes using emerging trends that are geared toward a target audience.
