Lead the development and execution of The Tech Challenge, an engineering design competition for 2,500+ 4th-12th graders. Manage strategic planning to shape the future of program capitalizing on current strengths and available opportunities. Successfully transitioned the program to a virtual format during the pandemic and am currently managing the transition back to in person-Collaborate across the organization to deliver on goals including coordination with other teams and departments who are responsible for program deliverables-Manage program evaluation and data collection at various points throughout the year to ensure program is meeting stakeholder needs and goals. Lead data driven decision making process for program adjustments.
