I strive to blend the two in a way that uses visual storytelling to educate and inspire curiosity. I love speaking at at-risk schools and helping students, teachers, and other professionals better understand and relate to spaceflight or “rocket science.” I strive to empower STEM teachers by providing different methods to communicate and break down complex concepts, starting from a simple foundation based on a relatable understanding of such content while keeping education level and child development psychology in mind. This understanding helps with curriculum development and impactful teaching on the topic. Most importantly, my hope is to empower kids with the knowledge, curiosity, and inspiration to dream big. For many of them, that means dreaming far beyond their current circumstances and learning to truly believe in themselves. This is the heart of my mission.
